Compensation: Paid hourly for the first three months. Once the three-month mark has been reached, an evaluation will be conducted to assess performance. Possibility of salaried employment to follow.

Overview
As the Customer Support & Outreach Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently answering FAQs and communicating Tugg’s mission to interested customers. You will also handle incoming leads interested in purchasing a screening license for any of our non-theatrical / educational titles.

This position requires an outgoing personality with the ability to communicate effectively and patiently to a variety of customers and clients. You will work as a liaison with our Non-Theatrical team in Los Angeles, working out of our main office in Austin, TX. Accepting candidates living in Austin, TX.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently communicate Tugg’s model, answer FAQs, and other related customer support items to existing customers
  • Manage the support CRM system (Desk)
  • Assist and problem solve online ticket sales and other issues
  • Handle incoming requests to purchase community screening licenses
  • Walk customers through the process of purchasing their license via e-mail or phone
  • Communicate with Tugg’s logistics team to ensure proper delivery of media prior to screening
  • Work closely with internal team members to document and observe trends in customer feedback for future success of Tugg

 

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Prior experience with data entry
  • Willingness to take on new initiatives and think outside the box

  • Past experience with outreach campaigns (optional, but a huge plus)
  • Past experience with sales (optional, but a huge plus)
  • Past experience in customer service
