Update Your Website

1.) Add Tugg’s Widget or API to Your “Showtimes” Tab

Embed the Tugg Widget or API so people can easily navigate through the site to find any pending or confirmed screenings playing at your venue. They will be able to purchase tickets through the widget, so it’s important to make it easy for people to find! You can also add Tugg’s logo.

Include this text above the Tugg Widget:

Not what you’re looking for? Host a screening of the film of your choosing with Tugg! Click here [link "here" to http://www.tugg.com/titles] for the complete library of films available.

2.) Create a Detailed “Host a Screening” Page and Add Link in Menu

Create a main “Host a Screening” header and include this text under it:

Theater Name has partnered with Tugg, a web-platform that enables individuals, groups, and organizations to set up personalized film screenings at this theater. With a library of 1500+ titles to choose from, you have the power to make our screen your screen! Click here [link "here" to http://www.tugg.com/titles] for the complete list of films available. To spark change in your area, events can be used to build awareness, fundraise, and engage with audience discussions.

Tugg’s Promoter Walkthrough [link to http://resources.tugg.com/school/promoter/] will guide you through the process of hosting a screening and getting the most out of your event!

The process is simple:
  1. Fill out the Event Request Form [link "Event Request Form" to http://www.tugg.com/become-a-promoter] to pick the film, date, and time for your special screening.
  2. The theater approves the request, and you can begin selling tickets on your personalized Event Page.
  3. Share the event with your network and confirm your screening by selling enough tickets before the deadline. Promote using Tugg's Resource Guide.
  4. Sit back and enjoy the movie with your community!
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Tugg Team at support@tugginc.com.

3.) Add Call-to-Action(s) on Homepage

Add a call-to-action button (in addition to the “Host a Screening” tab) that indicates that anyone can host their own screening – “Host a Screening!” or “Make Our Screen Your Screen!” This should point to your “Host a Screening” page.
