Save the documents as PDFs, or as Word Documents for your Promoter’s ease of copying and pasting.
Redesign and replace the headers (see below).
Host these documents online using Dropbox or Google Drive, and make them available to your Promoters by linking to them on your film’s website.
If you choose to create your own header, use these dimensions: 1275×200 @ 150 pixels/inch.
